I found the location very convenient for accessing attractions. The room was very comfy and tidy. Staff members were friendly and helpful. I appreciated the proximity to public transportation. This made getting around very easy.
I noticed the coffee in the room was instant and lacked stirring sticks.

The location was great, near the opera and a metro station. The street was quiet. The hotel was also very clean.
The bathroom was very small. It made using the toilet difficult. The receptionist on my first day was UNFRIENDLY.

My stay had some issues. the bathroom was quite small. It felt cramped while using the toilet. also, the air conditioning didn't work, and there was a strange smell. i think they should check these things more carefully.
